MDROP didn’t start as just another delivery platform, it was born on the jobsite.
Our story begins in Denver
Where our President also operates a successful commercial roofing company. Like many contractors, he faced the same recurring problems: late deliveries, missing materials, time wasted at will call, and no visibility into where or when materials would arrive. These disruptions weren’t just frustrating; they were expensive.
When he realized there was no specialized solution for this problem, he decided to build one.
From Frustration to Foundation
MDROP was founded to eliminate the logistical chaos that slows down construction jobs. From the very beginning, we focused on solving the real problems contractors and suppliers face every day. We didn’t come from the tech world; we came from the trades. Every feature, every process, and every driver protocol was designed with the unique needs of the construction industry in mind.

One of our first moves was to partner closely with major suppliers. We learned how their systems worked, where the gaps were, and how MDROP could help close them. Those relationships allowed us to build a delivery network that feels like an extension of their teams, not an outside service.

What started in Denver has now grown to more than 40 markets across the U.S. While we began in roofing, our services have expanded to flooring, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical supplies, and more.
